What are your support hours?
In office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM but support is 24/7/365.
Do you sell hardware?
Yes, BNCVoice™ sells all and any hardware you need which includes: firewalls, switches, UPS, IP Phones, etc. It is standard for BNC to install all new hardware. All BNC hardware is verifed authentic through the manufacturer. All BNC hardware is programmed and tested to spec. before deployment. All BNC hardware costs include shipping & handling, programming, testing, and installation.
All BNC hardware can be purchased via this website at various special rates. These rates differ depending on the following:
- Provisioned & Installed - (Regular Price)
- Provisioned & Self-Install - (Discounted)
- MSP's - (Bigger Discount)
- Non-Profit - (Biggest Discount)
All hardware can be found and purchased via our homepage under "Solutions" then "Hardware". You will need to create an account to get access to these discount prices as well as purchasing capability.
Do you have a minimum user amount that you take on board?
Yes, at this time BNCVoice only takes on 10 users and above.
Do you have lease/rental options?
Yes! BNCRefresh Program is a major resource for our clients to take advantage of. Not only is there no upfront cost but your hardware gets upgraded automatically every 3-5 years dependent on your contract term and the price stays the same!
Do you support home users?
Yes, but if BNC does not have full control and access to the network with our hardware then we charge our standard remote support rates.
How far do you service clients?
Typically within a 0-3 hours radius for optimal support measures in the event we need to be onsite fast. But we service clients in 18 states and do so by working with your IT company and ability to also setup a separate network for the phones in most cases.
What are your support rates?
*Support is built into our service but in the event there is extra work needed beyond the initial scope of work or if someone or "something" other than a BNCVoice staff member has tampered with ANY hardware & requires assistance remotely or onsite then the rates below apply:
- Onsite Local: $125 per/hour with 1 hour minimum then billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.
- Onsite NYC, LI, All Boroughs, NJ, PA, CT, MA: $165 per/hour with 2 hour minimum then billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.
*All after hours and holiday support for ONSITE are billed at $225 per/hour with 2 hour minimum then billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.
*All after hours and holiday REMOTE support are billed at $100 per/hour with 2 hour minimum then billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.
