I could sell you the absolute best and most reliable piece of software but what happens when there are issues such as a software update that this "best most reliable" software company pushed out without warning?
Your business needs support fast and needs a fast time to resolutions so that you can get back to focusing on making sales.
Having a response time of a day somethings multiple days later from your support organization just isn't going to fly anymore in the the new tech application era.
Plain and simple if you don't have phenomenal support for your business technology needs, eventually you will get caught off guard one day that could potentially be fatal to your business bottom line and or reputation.
